U.S. Water Services joins Kurita Water Industries Ltd.

Move expected to accelerate the breadth and depth of new innovations

U.S. Water Services, Inc. has joined Kurita Water Industries Ltd., a leading international water management company headquartered in Tokyo. The acquisition was announced early this February and was completed on March 26. The Kurita Group already includes two other companies in North America (Kurita America Inc. and Fremont Industries).
