Anuga 2019 will be held at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany from October 5 to 9. At the event, new products that complement today’s and tomorrow’s trends will make their debuts.
The exposition will be divided up into themed areas, with halls for Bread & Bakery, Chilled & Fresh Food, Culinary Concepts, Dairy, Drinks, Fine Food, Frozen Food, Meat, Hot Beverages and Organic. This year, for the first time, Anuga is offering participation opportunities for startup companies in special pavilions located in each of the show halls. There also will be a platform called Anuga Horizon 2050, where visitors will be able to explore new technologies, solutions and industry innovations focused on startups, sustainability, alternative proteins and social media. The 2017 expo attracted nearly 165,000 trade visitors from about 200 countries, as well as 7,400 exhibitors.
