Hain Celestial sells Tilda brand

EBRO FOODS to be new owner

Hain Celestial Group, Inc. has sold Tilda, a premium basmati and specialty rice brand, to EBRO FOODS S.A. for $342 million in cash. Tilda is expected to generate approximately $200 million in net sales for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
