Olam International Limited has agreed to pay APB Partners, LLC $54 million to acquire California almond processor and ingredient manufacturer Hughson Nut Inc and associated real estate assets, including two primary processing facilities and a newly commissioned ingredients processing plant that houses steam sterilization and pasteurization facilities. The transaction is expected to be completed this November.
