Sartori Cheese has promoted Bert Sartori, EVP of sales and marketing, to the position of president. A licensed cheesemaker and holder of an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, he has over 15 years of experience in finance, operations, and business development.
Jeff Schwager, who served as president of Sartori since 2009, will be taking on the role of CEO. Third- generation owner and CEO Jim Sartori will transition to chairman of the board.
