Focke: Robotic case packer

See it at PACK EXPO, Booth #5133! Designed to provide particularly gentle product handling throughout the packaging process, the patented Highly Flexible Packer (HFP) from Focke & Co is a robotic case packer designed for use with a variety of shipping and display components such as regular slotted containers (RSC), half slotted containers (HSC), and trays with or without lids.

Instead of moving the product to the case, the machine works the other way around to expose the contents of the bags to as little stress as possible.  Articulating robotics allows flexible packing configurations and increased presentation capabilities for shelf-ready packaging.

The new HFP Slim version combines the benefits of the HFP with a minimum footprint.  Both the HFP and HFP Slim can be configured to load products in six different orientations, combining the capabilities of both side load and top load case packer on one platform.

Additional features of the HFP include: a modular and open design; availability as a complete system orstand-alone loading solution; optional infeed robots for topload andside-load applications.
