Quick Hits from interpack: Cavanna's Hygienic, Easy Washdown Flow Wrapper

Behind me is a fully caustic sanitary design washdown solution for bars. It's Paciocco-designed, it can be fully washed down, including the hose wrapper from the row distribution system all the way, and including the flow wrapper.

Today I will be opening up the system to show you how easy it is to prepare for cleaning and take apart belts and remove the crimper assembly. For a wash down guards require a tool to open once the guards are open. There is no need for any other tools.

Tension is taken off the belt by raising the motor. Tension is now off the belt. Simply remove the belt like this, and off it comes. No tools required. Deck play comes out. Rollers, pivot up, crown rollers for tracking bearings on the outside of the shafts. No area for bacteria to harbor inside the shafts.

This is our zero four full caustic washdown flow wrapper. It's available both in mild steel, stainless steel, and full caustic washdown construction.

Today what we'll do is we'll show you how to prepare the wrapper for wash down. It's quite simple. No tools are required. Only takes a few minutes. Open the guards. Remove the crimper assembly by loosening up a ratchet handle and releasing a quick release. The, the whole assembly slides out onto this cart.

We put a plate over here, and it's covered. And now you're ready for wash down.
