Graham Packaging Company makes sustainable packaging commitment

Sets goal of 100 percent reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging

Graham Packaging Company, part of the Reynolds Group, has signed the Ellen MacArthur Foundation New Plastics Economy Global Commitment, agreeing that, by 2025, 100 percent of its plastic packaging can be reused, recycled or composted.

The New Plastics Economy Global Commitment also includes the elimination of problematic or unnecessary plastic packaging, moving from single-use to reusable packaging models and increasing the amount of plastics reused or recycled and made into new packaging or products.
