The Alfa Laval aseptic Mixproof double-seat valve uses a PTFE face and reinforced EPDM backing. It has a flushable design and no domes in the product and steam areas. Most wear parts are interchangeable. Compliant with 3-A Sanitary Standards, the valve can be configured to meet virtually any requirement and can be mounted in a horizontal or vertical position. It comes in three seat-lift versions, five steam valve types and with a range of options for steam temperature monitoring.
