Helix conveyors have tight turns and a small footprint

Built for applications such as accumulation, buffering or cooling products, Dorner SmartFlex Helix conveyors feature a maximum infeed height of 18 in. and a 132-in. maximum outfeed height. Incline angles up to 7 degrees can be achieved with a flat top chain and up to 10 degrees with a friction top chain. Capable of speeds to 171 ft. per minute, the conveyors feature a 55.12-in. spiral diameter at centerline and 85-, 180- and 260-mm widths.
