Conveyor’s spray nozzles prevent harmful materials from being inhaled

Piab’s wet-in-place spray nozzles now come with the piFLOWp vacuum conveyor. The water sprayed by the nozzles will wet any dust from food materials left in conveyors, stopping it from escaping into the air, where it can be inhaled by processing staff. By wetting potentially harmful leftover material before the equipment is opened for cleaning, the spray nozzles ensure that any such dust stays wet in place until it can be safely removed. Up to three spray nozzles can be fitted to each conveyor.
