Zip-Pak: Resealable, Sustainable, and Recyclable Zippers

Soft-Crush zippers for sustainable films and pouches improve converting efficiency and incorporate easily into existing machinery at PACK EXPO Connects.

Zippers improve converting efficiency while minimizing sealing gaps and distortion on heat sensitive films and pouches.
Zippers improve converting efficiency while minimizing sealing gaps and distortion on heat sensitive films and pouches.

Zip-Pak Soft-Crush zippers are engineered for mono-material and heat sensitive films & pouches. Soft-Crush zippers are designed to achieve high-quality seals and appearance, with a tight seam at side seal and lower time-and-temperature application. They are meant to improve converting efficiency while minimizing sealing gaps and distortion on heat sensitive films and pouches.

Made resealable and recyclable, these zippers should also increase line speeds with reduced dwell time and incorporate easily into existing machinery with minor or no modifications.
