Control system is customized for each application

The Sterling Systems & Controls material traceability and batch validation system can include as little or as much tracking and traceability as necessary. With the system, operators enter a valid lot number before it will proceed. Data is entered by scanning a barcode, manual data entry or RFID. The ingredient lot table contains records for the unique lot number of each ingredient. New records are added to the table when each ingredient is received. The system can be instrumented on all semi-automatic hand-add or automatic batching control systems.
