Hain Celestial names new CEO

Consumer packaged foods industry veteran Mark L. Schiller will head the company.

The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. has named Mark L. Schiller president and CEO, effective Nov. 5. Most recently, Schiller served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Pinnacle Foods. He has more than 25 years of executive experience in roles at PepsiCo Inc. and other companies. Schiller is succeeding Hain’s Founder, President and CEO Irwin D. Simon, who will take on the role of non-executive chairman of the board during the transitional period.
