Engineered, manufactured, built, and tested at our newly renovated facility in De Pere, Wisconsin: Campbell Wrapper will showcase the Revolution Horizontal Flow Wrapper in Booth W-2500 at PACK EXPO Las Vegas. The Revolution features a washdown design and quick change over components. Along with supporting sustainable packaging initiatives, Campbell Wrapper offers compatibility with Amcor’s AmFiber™ Performance Paper—a high-barrier paper solution designed for curbside recycling with over 80% paper content recoverable during the recycling process.

The Campbell Revolution flow wrapper features include Allen-Bradley’s servo drive technology including 5700 Kinetix drives, PanelView Plus 7 1000 color touchscreen, VPL servo motors, sanitary washdown design, and quick changeover components. The infeed features hinged top plates and side guides, offering convenient access for cleaning and maintenance. Key flow wrapper features include a servo-driven film feed roll, automatic film splicer, and a separate servo drive for the first set of fin wheels. A two-up rotary servo cutting head ensures accurate cutoff adjustments and enables high-speed, hermetically sealed packaging. Additionally, the wrapper integrates a Videojet Thermal Transfer printer for precise, high-quality printing.

New enhancements to the Revolution include a rounded frame structure that eliminates debris build-up and simplifies sanitation, a two-piece crimper design for quick changeovers, and quick-removable fin wheel assemblies with quick connectors.

The Campbell Revolution can easily be integrated with automatic feeders, robotic product loading cells, code daters, cartoners, or other equipment. The machine comes standard with a 16-inch web width, with additional optional widths available to meet specific packaging needs. Optional features include advanced detection systems such as no product–no package, out of position product–no cut, and vision inspection. Ideal for a broad range of applications—including bakery and confectionery items, frozen foods, medical and pharmaceutical products, snack bars, sandwiches, school lunches, wet wipes, paper goods, and more—the Campbell Revolution delivers the versatility, reliability, and hygiene required in today’s fast-paced packaging environments.
