Pilgrim’s Pride, a JBS brand, has agreed to pay $952 million to acquire the meats and meals business of Kerry Consumer Foods in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to routine closing purchase price adjustments, customary closing conditions, and regulatory approvals.
