Previously, Speas was with Sysco Corporation for six years, holding VP-level positions such as vice president of supply chain engineering and enterprise asset management; served as SVP of facilities and automation for C&S Wholesale Grocers; and gained 10 years of distribution operations and supply chain experience at Publix Super Markets.
