Feeders include large metering auger for high material feed output

Featuring a feed range over 130:2, Acrison 170-1-2 and 170-2-2 dry solids volumetric feeders have circular, flat-bottom feed chambers; two variable speed metering augers; and an integral supply hopper. A slowly rotating horizontal agitator operates at a constant or variable speed to fill the augers with conditioned product and aid the downward flow of bulk material. Both models self-empty via a discharge port located in the feed chambers. The Model 170-1-2 unit is capable of a maximum throughput of 84 cu ft per hr, while the maximum throughput of the Model 170-2-2 feeder is 160 cu ft per hr.
