Acrison Model 821 Bulk Bag Unloader

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

Capable of discharging a variety of dry solid materials from multiple sizes of bulk bags, the Acrison Model 821 bulk bag unloader utilizes regulated vibration produced by an adjustable, heavy-duty motorized vibrator. The flow-inducing vibratory forces transfer from the body of the unloader into the bag and the material inside it, discharging its contents. An independently mounted valve with an Acrison bag spout untie receptacle is attached beneath the unloader and connects to its outlet. The unloader is typically used in conjunction with Acrison metering equipment.
