Cargill has opened a new $70 million headquarters in Wichita, KS for its North American protein operations. The design of the 188,000-sq-ft building was guided by employee solutions. It includes a technology conference room; a presentation kitchen to provide customers and visitors with immersive culinary and food sensory experiences; a sensory center for Cargill and its customers to conduct product research, focus groups and product testing; and dedicated areas to focus on sustainability across the protein supply chain.
