So this is Deville Technologies. My name is Felice Siciliano, and I will be presenting to you the two-way cuber, 80-lb. servo unit. So this is one of the newest models that we've just released. We call it 80 pounds, but you can process a variety of different types of bundles of cheese through it or different products as well. If you follow me, full stainless steel construction. It is all solid bar, all polished, RA 32. We have hygienic bearings, NGI hygienic casters, the belting is Volta belting. If we go to our servo actuators, the servo actuators are rated up to 16,000 pounds of push force. The machine itself depending on the product and cut size can go anywhere between 16,000 and 18,000 pounds an hour.
We offer two styles of cutting systems, one being a welded harp, one being a wired harp. This is very dependent on what kind of product you would like to use, so definitely for software products, things that are, a little bit more difficult that might have more fines, we would tend to go with wires where we can. We try to go with the welded harps because it just means less change out less downtime for the client.
So here we can see an example of bladed hearts. One of the unique parts of our design is that we stagger the blades, so this means that there's less amount of drag at any one point during the push, which allows us to go faster and allows to maintain better integrity for the cuts. We have an extremely, so we take hygiene extremely seriously from the design of the equipment, meaning that there are no points where you would have any hard bridge, to ease of wash down to how we would route the wires. So we have an open raceway, which does two things. One, it makes it extremely easy to clean, and two, it allows you to do very easy maintenance because everything is there and organized.
Moving along, in terms of our controls, so this is somewhere else where we really focus on ease of use. All of the controls are Rockwell Automation, so we are using Allen-Bradley, Kinetix-controlled connects. We have a digital system here where you will be able to see any faults in real time with a visual representation. It also has recipe capabilities so you can save different recipes for different cheeses or products, quite simple, clean, easy to use, watershed panels. From there, again, another part of the hygiene, we do a center drive for the motor on the conveyor. The drum motor itself is a Van Der Graaf drum motor. Center drive means that we will always have the motor outside of any parts of, any product contact area.
We have two drop down side walls which allow you to load from either side of the machine, and just to explain how the system works, so you would load your product. The product advances forward. It is a detector plate at the end of the chamber which will trigger the first push. Your first push would advance loading the product into the chamber where we had seen earlier and then as soon as that hits its extent, the second push comes down. And then we can move forward with the next stage of the process. Another thing to note, the discharge area is cantilever, which allows us to be able to accommodate a variety of different setups, which makes it a lot more versatile for the line. Gas springs are all backed up by mechanical locks, so if anything fails, there is always a mechanical lock here to be completely certain that nothing will actually come down so extremely safe.
