Mondelez International has completed a $30.6 million installation of a new candy production line, increasing its manufacturing facility in Hamilton, ON by 15,000 sq ft of space. The new line will produce 11 million pieces of candy per day. Fifty new jobs have been added at the facility.

The Hamilton plant produces popular candy brands like Sour Patch Kinds, Maynards, and Swedish Fish.
