Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging, and material handling sectors, has acquired Woodside Electronics Corporation (WECO), which designs, builds, and services highly intelligent optical color and defect sorting systems and moisture monitoring systems for growers of products, such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts, as well as high-value items, including wine grapes, coffee cherries, olives, and hops. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
