The P5-A automatic sealing machine can produce up to 32 vacuum-gas flushed MAP containers, 28 vacuum skin packs or 60 seal-only trays per minute. It features 304 stainless-steel washdown construction and tool-less vacuum chamber removal. The machine handles film widths up to 18.75 in. and tray depths up to 4.3 in. Film sealing, as well as MAP and vacuum skin packing, can be achieved on the same seal head. Options include lane dividers, extended infeeds with integrated automatic tray denesters, filling and depositing systems, lid applicators, lane merging systems and seal head storage carts.
