Food-safe motors come in foot-mounted and footless models

Compatible with clean-in-place procedures, Baldor-Reliance food-safe stainless steel motors have fully encapsulated windings and potted leads housed in a high-ingress-protection-rated enclosure. The output seal arrangement provides multiple barriers to prevent the ingress of foreign material and withstands high-temperature, high-pressure sprays. The motors come in single- and three-phase ratings. The three-phase ratings are available in frame sizes 56-280T, ranging from 1/2 to 30hp, while single-phase ratings are available in a 56C frame, ranging from 1/2 to 1hp.
