CDF Corporation, has expanded its manufacturing presence in the New England region with the purchase of a 109,000-square foot facility in Plymouth, MA. As part of its expansion, the company also announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Guala Group and Hosokawa Yoko Co., LTD to create Cheer Pack® North America LLC (Cheer Pack NA) to develop and support spouted packaging technology in North America.

“The purchase of this additional building will allow CDF to invest in the future of our existing product lines - Drum & Pail and IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) bags and liners and to expand into new product areas such as Cheertainer bag in box products and Cheer Pack spouted pouch products”, stated Joe Sullivan, Jr., President, CDF Corporation.

Located on Armstrong Road in the Plymouth Industrial Park, the facility features office and manufacturing space and will house CDF's research and development, as well as administrative and engineering teams.

"CDF's expansion coincides with the formal launch of Cheer Pack North America LLC,” noted Steve Gosling, President, Cheer Pack. “As a partnership, we are on track to ship more than one billion pre-made spouted pouches per year worldwide.”

CDF develops and manufactures high quality liquid packaging products that provide a competitive edge in design, form and function. This most recent market expansion reinforces the company's commitment to state of the art manufacturing and customer focus in the company's decision-making and investment strategies.

“Our whole reason for being is to create a company to bring best-in-class packaging to industrial customers and to give them a competitive edge,” says Laura Beechwood, Chief Operating Office of CDF. “Because of that, we have to look at solutions that can translate into a win for both our customers and our company.”
