In Memory of Jeanne Schweder

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our long-time colleague Jeanne Schweder. She passed last week, at the age of 76, after a long battle with cancer.

Jeanne spent close to three decades writing about manufacturing and automation, and she has been a regular contributor to publications and custom work at PMMI Media Group for more than 10 years. I began working with Jeanne at Automation World in 2013. When I joined ProFood World in late 2020, it didn’t take long before I brought her into our fold here as well, eager to work again with such a well-versed and reliable writer.
