Clemens Food Group, the fifth-largest pork processor in the U.S. and owner of brands such as Hatfield, Farm Promise, and Premium Reserve, has broken ground on a new 308,000-sq-ft facility in Hatfield, Pa. that will support increased smoked meats and cooked sausage production. Clemens, a vertically coordinated pork processor, selected Gray, a fully integrated, international service provider, to design and build the facility, which is expected to create approximately 90 jobs over three years.
