Richardson International is investing $220 million in a new, state-of-the-art Wesson Oil facility in Memphis, Tenn., which will replace the existing refinery. When completed, the new refinery will modernize the site and significantly increase production and refining capacity, furthering the company’s ability to fulfill customer requirements and a growing global demand for vegetable oil. The improved efficiencies of the new facility will reduce in water, energy, and wastewater volumes.
Richardson’s oilseed processing division recently completed a three-year expansion project at its facility in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, which has more than doubled the site’s crushing and refining capability.
