The ROSS double planetary mixer is available in a sanitary turnkey configuration, with a common stainless-steel workbench for the mixer and matching discharge system. The 4-gal version with a Model DPM/DS-4S discharge system has Type 316 stainless-steel interior and exterior surfaces with a 150-grit electro-polished finish. Scalable through 1,000-gal production models, the mixer includes a jacketed mixing vessel and high-viscosity blades for producing thick gels, pastes, putties, and other semisolids.
