Made of a rigid, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-clean multi-composite material, the DYNACO rollup door is designed to separate interior rooms in food and beverage production and processing facilities. The N‐211 TekRoll high-speed door features a soft bottom edge with a wireless sensor to detect obstructions, and side frames that include a set of photo‐eyes to keep the door up while the opening is blocked. An optional washdown mode function allows the drum to over‐rotate, so the entire curtain and drum can be pressure washed. Additional sealing kits limit air leakage for room operating pressures up to 40 Pa.
