The Thermaline TagTeam unit is two independent heat exchangers in one automated frame. With this innovation, two process lines can be run, streamlining critical redundant processes and minimizing downtime for products requiring manual cleaning or frequent inspections. With the modular design, users have the ability to convert any Thermaline single-sided automated HX to a dual-sided TagTeam HX.
All of Thermaline’s automated plate heat exchangers utilize hydraulics to open and close the unit for smoother operation. Once the unit is closed and the patented twist lock system is engaged, the unit is mechanically held closed indefinitely.
