Stonyfield Organic sets carbon emissions goal

Pledges 30 percent reduction by 2030

Stonyfield Organic has announced a science-based target to reduce its carbon output by 30 percent by 2030. The company is one of only 50 in North America with an SBTi- approved target. SBTi is a collaboration between Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), World Resources Institute (WRI), World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). Stonyfield Organic’s efforts will focus on energy, waste, packaging and logistics.
