From initial concept and CAD to design, nano high-purity nitrogen generation systems are produced for individual packaging and processing requirements. Using the nano GEN2 i-4.0 range of nitrogen gas generators, the systems provide a range of flow rates and purities from 95% to 99.999%. The skid packages can be produced with or without a feed air compressor. All the compact systems include appropriate pre-treatment piped with necessary tanks. nano works with companies to determine individual nitrogen flow rate, pressure, and purity needs, so the final system performs optimally and meets or exceeds individual requirements.
