The Multi-Conveyor gravity conveyor transports tall-shaped plastic products. The products are robotically placed on the 5-ft-high, powered mild-steel, dual-lane conveyor, where they index through a product-forming process, then incline to an ultimate height of nearly 8 ft. The products proceed at this elevation through two 90-deg turns, with over 16 ft of straight conveyance between the curves, to an end stop.
