The ROSS skid system is a custom conical vessel on a movable skid with a progressive cavity pump rated for 10 to 30 gal per min. The 400-gal Model VSL-400 mixing and pumping skid system features a 5-HP inverter-duty motor that drives a flange-mounted turbine mixer equipped with two axial flow impellers, as well as a 34-in. diameter upper blade and an 18-in. diameter lower blade. Controlled from a NEMA 4 weather-proof control panel, the mixer and pump include a thermal protection system that disengages the pump motor if a set temperature is exceeded.
