Chico, California-based Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is buying 100 percent of San Francisco, California-based, Certified B Corporation Sufferfest Beer Company. Known for its gluten-removed line of beers, Sufferfest is targeted to athletes. No purchase price or other terms of the transaction have been revealed.
