He was the first president of the North American sales and service operation for Germany-based Windmoeller & Hoelscher (W&H) Corp. He served as President for W&H North America for 24 years. An active leader in the packaging machinery industry, Jim served as President of two associations—PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies and the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA). FPA inducted Jim into its Hall of Fame.
