The system is designed to meet the rigors of a competitive global marketplace where reliable full- and partial-wrap labeling are the standards. By enabling easier, faster, and more affordable labeling for a wide range of users in tough environments; from smaller/independent operators to high-volume Fortune 500 multinationals, this system draws a clear line between capability and profitability. Label-Aire's Inline 5100-TS is even easier to use by way of its advanced HMI display. This cabinet-based labeling system is bolstered by a stainless steel frame and side plates, and can be optioned with the full range of Label-Aire venerable 3100/3000 Series applicators (wipe-on, air-blow or tamp-blow). To achieve consistent label placement accuracy via automatic spacing of products, the system employs a smooth-running Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) conveyor.
