Schneider Packaging Equipment (Brewerton, NY) offers its new Robotic Palletizing System with a 6-axis articulated arm. It consists of a Motoman UP-50 attached to the Schneider Carton Packer for a monoblock style design running standard and open-top corrugated cases.

System is mobile for future changes that may be needed due to production layouts and requirements. System can be integrated with other equipment such as labelers and bar code readers. With an 8’ by 8’ footprint, system can handle one or multiple lines of either 40” x 48” or 42” x 48” pallets. A slip-sheet magazine is vertical for additional floor space.
